I have Nothing but absolute gratitude for the team in at service. Last Friday my check engine light showed up at the worst possible time, Friday afternoon at 1:30pm just 12kms north of nudgee PLUS also being along way from home in CQ. So i quickly done the ring around of the Holden dealers, and these guys were the 2nd ones i tried, because the first ones didn't answer just north of Brisbane. I knew it was a long shot of getting seen that afternoon and to my utter amazement and was surprised when the service woman said bring it to us by 2pm(unfortunately with peak hour i got there 2:39pm), the guys done the diagnostic and quickly determined what it was and i asked as long as it's not detrimental to the engine to drive it back to gympie(where i was staying) And said it'll be fine coz the engine was running a bit lenient which is why it threw the engine warning light on. I also thought it'd be a stretch asking if they could fit me in before the following Wednesday(when i leave) to which they discussed, and said Monday to my amazement, once again. I look after my car really well but Fast forward to Monday and you wouldn't read about it, after starting my drive down to Beecham Holden to fix the other issue, the abs/traction control fault warning light came on as well( a first and from experience i always know it's one of the wheel speed sensors lol), so when i got there, asked if they got to it? If they could do a diagnostic to pin point which sensor was gone BUT that the engine issue was the most important and to focus their efforts on that. Anyway they got the engine issue solved and had time and diagnosed the abs fault and sure enough another wheel sensor gone ,so i asked if they could and wouldn't mind to replace it which they done, all promptly and cleared all the codes and warning lights. My partner bought Toyota Rav 4 two years ago and had regular service. Two year later after service drove 5km and low oil light came on. Pulled out dipstick and found 2mm of black oil. They came out and had to add a few litres of oil. What else have they not done. A workshop full of kids unsupervised. Do not go there for service. Go indipendant if you care about your car.
